Transforming sales planning and the supply chain with optimisation models and forecasting techniques
The project was responsible for the development of a supply chain optimiser and a sales forecasting model in order to support the complete planning process of the two most representative products of a company in the Agribusiness sector. The solutions developed were part of a crucial digital transformation initiative, providing the transition from a manual process to a fully data-driven decision planning cycle, with cost reduction and improvement in sales forecasting.

Leveraging multiple data systems to contextualise per-second data, Visagio analysed driving behaviour at an individual and network level, highlighting the exisiting fuel-efficient driving strategies and identifying areas to reduce consumption and increase capability of the network.

Optimising the experience with AI
Visagio worked on the development and implementation of a product (VEx.AI) supported by AI to analyse the customer journey and optimise their experience throughout this contact. The solution helps the brand to provide the best customer service in the short, medium and long terms. The tool understands the main causes of dissatisfaction among the brand's customers and helps address improvements in the journeys.

Integrated supply chain planning
Complex supply chain makes it difficult to assess options for investments and plan future performance. Visagio developed an end-to-end dynamic simulation model to support different studies. We also developed a toolkit to calculate assumptions, analyse historical performance, visualise and compare results to drive actions.
