Ethics Channel

At the core of our values are ethics and transparency. Our Code of Ethics and Conduct brings together the fundamental principles to guide the professional conduct of everyone who works for the company or acts on its behalf. Anyone, whether inside or outside the company, who wants to report any misconduct involving Visagio Australia can use this channel.

The complaint can be filed anonymously or identified, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the complainant's identity, as well as independence and impartiality in its treatment, through the Internal Ethics Committee. For the occurrence to be addressed more quickly, whenever possible, it must be accompanied by the greatest amount of information, such as:

• Description of the fact;
• Where and how it happened or is happening;
• Who the people or organisations involved are;
• Evidence, documents, and/or other information that may be relevant to the assessment of the case and referral of actions.

If you do not have all the necessary information, the complaint can still be filed. Under no circumstances will there be a breach of confidentiality, intimidation or retaliation against the whistleblower.
