When you apply for a role with Visagio, we may collect: - Identification details: name, date of birth, nationality, address; - Contact details: email, phone number; - Demographic information (voluntary): gender, gender identity, pronouns, cultural background; - Education and qualifications: academic history, courses, certifications; - Employment information: workhistory, roles held; - Online profiles: professional social media profiles (e.g. LinkedIn).

Where permitted by law and with your consent where required, we may also collect Sensitive Information (e.g. health or diversity information) for purposes such as workplace adjustments, diversity initiatives, or compliance with legal obligations.

2.3 Social Media Logins

If you choose to log in using a social media account, we may collect information made available by that platform in accordance with your privacy settings.
